Returns & Warranty

Non-firearm items: Unused, unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Contact us with your order number before shipping anything back.

Firearms: Once a firearm has been transferred to you at the FFL, it cannot be returned to us; manufacturer warranty applies for defects and you should contact the manufacturer directly. If a firearm arrives at the FFL with shipping damage or wrong specification, we will work with the FFL to resolve it before transfer.

Ammunition: Due to safety regulations, ammunition cannot be returned once shipped.
