Do I need an FFL to buy a firearm from you?
Yes. All firearms are transferred to a licensed FFL dealer of your choice. We ship the firearm to that dealer and you complete the transfer (including any required background check) in person. See our FFL Transfer page for the full process.
How do I pick an FFL?
Any FFL near you that accepts transfers will work. Most local gun shops do. Confirm transfer fee and accepted manufacturers with the FFL before you order, then send us their contact info or upload their license at checkout. We will ship once we have the FFL on file.
Can ammunition ship directly to me?
Yes in most states. Ammunition can be shipped to your address where permitted by state and local law. Some states (e.g. CA, NY, IL, MA) restrict or require additional steps for ammunition delivery; we follow carrier and jurisdictional rules.
How old do I need to be?
Federal law requires a buyer to be at least 18 to purchase a long gun (rifle/shotgun) and at least 21 to purchase a handgun. State and local minimums may be higher. You confirm your age at checkout.
What is your return policy?
See Returns & Warranty. We accept returns of unused, unopened non-firearm items within 30 days. Firearms cannot be returned once transferred at the FFL except for manufacturing defects covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
